Our Travelroute starting 20th of June 2024

Traveblog

It was a little bit quiet the last couple days. We have been moving from Norway back into Sweden to visit Family in Örebro.

On our journey from Lundersæter to Örebro we stayed at a free spot close to Karlstad for the night. It was perfect for this short time.

Skutberget

The day after we arrived in Örebro –  Gustavsvik Camping

This spot is really luxurious, modern and clean toilets and showers, a large amount of activities for Kids and a dream for Minigolf/Gardengolf fans. The track is designed like local attractions or sights like Wadköping or the Örebro Slot.

If you ever make it to Örebro you should visit the old town of Wadköping or the beautiful Stadspark.

On our way back south we decided to visit the famous Gekås outled in Ullared. Unfortunately the weather changed and it started to get very rainy so we could not go back to the beaches in the south as planned.

On our way to Ullared we stopped for a coffee at a cute place next to the Göta Kanal.

Daisy’s Cafe Lyrestad

The following night we spend at a Ställplats about 25 minutes north of Ullared, 200 SEK including power, and water/waste was pretty fair. The Ställplats is just outside Överlida. You can pay cash or with swish.

Gekås is a crazy place, it was totally overcrowded but there are actually a lot of things that are very cheap and also much cheaper then in Germany. The three hours we spend there where pretty stressful though.

On our way we saw an Elk 😉
We had stopped for that picture.

Our last night we spend at Barsebäckstrand, a nice little camping directly at the beach. It’s very windy! Tomorrow we drive down to Trelleborg to take the ferry back to Rostock 🙁
